1. Can I edit my account?
You can edit your account by clicking on the Login/Register link at the top of the page. Once logged in you may click on the Account Information tab on the left. Here you will be able to change account information. Make sure to press save to ensure your new information is applied. You may also call us at (866) 272-8833 and we will be happy to make the changes for you.

2. Is there a product catalog available?
Not at this time.

3. Are there quantity discounts available?
Depending on the product, sometimes discounts are available! Please call us at (866) 272-8833 and speak to a School Sign Shop® representative. They will need to know the quantity and part number you are interested in. At School Sign Shop® we always try to give the best price to our customers.

4. I’m looking for a part not listed on SchoolSignShop.com.
Not a problem. Just call us at (866) 272-8833 and we will do all we can to help you find what you're looking for.

5. Can I place an order with a purchase order number?
Yes. Most schools have an open account with us. Just call, mail or fax it in. Also, once you register with us online a purchase order can be used on the website. (Allow 24 hours for this to take effect after registering). We will invoice you once the items have shipped.

6. Should I expect shipping charges to be added?
Yes. Shipping charges apply to all orders and it is determined by weight. Call us at (866) 272-8833 and ask your School Sign Shop® representative to get a shipping estimate if needed.

7. Does School Sign Shop® offer sale products or promotions?
Yes. We generally offer seasonal sale products and sometimes promotions. To be the first to know about promotions and sales we recommend you sign up for our email newsletter.

8. When will my card be billed?
Your card won't be billed until your order has been shipped.

9. Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed. Within the confirmation will be a tracking number. Enter the number on your shipping carrier's website to track your order status (FedEx, UPS, etc.)

10. Can I cancel my order?
Some items are not subject to cancellation once the order is placed and in production. If you have any questions as to whether your order may be canceled, ask at the time the order is being placed.

11. Are all items returnable?
Most items can be returned, except for custom sign orders. You can call School Sign Shop® customer service department at (866) 272-8833 if you would like to see if an item can or cannot be returned. Some restocking fees may be applied. Check our Terms of Use section on returns for more information or you can call our customer service department.

12. How long are my items under warranty?
We do offer warranties on some of our products. Warranties may vary, it is recommended to ask for warranty detail at the time of purchase. School Sign Shop® provides products from third parties and has no responsibility for defects/ failure on these products.
